Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounting Supervisor located in Manila. The Accounting Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the preparation of financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and managing daily accounting tasks. Responsibilities also include financial reporting, analysis of financial data, and the use of accounting software to maintain accurate records. The role involves supervising accounting staff and coordinating with other departments to support overall financial management.

Qualifications


• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or equivalent (CPA preferred but not required).


• At least 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience, with 1–2 years in a supervisory role.


• Experience in shipping, logistics, or related industries is an advantage.


• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial reporting.


• Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.


• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.


• Good communication and coordination skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
