Your strategic sourcing expertise will keep projects on time, budgets under control, and suppliers performing at their best. What you’ll do (your mission) Strategic Procurement & Category Management Lead sourcing strategies across construction, facilities, hotel fit-outs, FF&E, IT, kitchen equipment, and consumables. Ensure purchasing aligns with business goals, budgets, and operational needs. Identify, qualify, and partner with top vendors and contractors. Negotiate win-win contracts that deliver savings without compromising quality. Build collaborative supplier relationships to drive reliability and innovation. Cost Control & Budget Management Manage procurement budgets and track expenditures closely. Implement cost-saving initiatives and market-driven sourcing strategies. Compliance & Risk Management Ensure every deal meets regulatory, ethical, and policy standards. Reduce risk through supplier audits, due diligence, and contract management. Process Optimization & Collaboration Streamline procurement processes using smart technologies. Partner with operations, engineering, IT, finance, and marketing to deliver business needs on time. You’ll thrive in this role if you… Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (Master’s/CIPS/CPM certification a plus). Are a pro at strategic sourcing, vendor management, and contract negotiation. Know your way around ERP systems and procurement tools.
