We are looking for a Billing Consultant - I to focus on our EverHealth product. In this role, you will serve as a subject matter expert for EverHealth solutions, providing training, consulting, and guidance to our customers. As the customer's billing liaison, you will help develop their practice management skills to ensure a smooth implementation, leaving them confident and comfortable using our software for years to come.

  • Conduct webinar training for multiple customer stakeholders.
  • Serve as your customer's main point of contact for billing during implementation or consulting engagement.
  • Serve as trusted advisor to internal stakeholders, new partners, and existing customers on best practices for using our Practice Management software.
  • Respond promptly to inbound phone calls and emails.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues.

  • Be a solution provider by creatively solving unique customer needs with dynamic software solutions.

  • Minimum Qualifications: Minimum High School Diploma or GED equivalent; associate's degree strongly preferred.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a healthcare billing role such as Coding, Charge Entry, Payment Posting, AR Follow-up, or Patient Collections.
  • Ability to self-manage assigned projects.
  • Willingness to travel periodically based on business and project needs.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent problem-solving and time management skills.
  • Strong bedside-like manner: able to patiently support others through a first-time experience.
