Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP SD Consultant to backfill a key role in our SAP S/4HANA and SAP C4C implementation project.

This role will act as the primary point of contact for SAP SD-related processes, data mapping, and stakeholder coordination.

The consultant will also support data migration, risk assessments, and cleanup activities in alignment with local stakeholders and other workstreams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Act as the first point of contact for SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) processes and their alignment with Oracle's To-Be processes.

2. Lead and participate in data mapping activities, integrating SAP S/4HANA, SAP C4C, and external legacy applications (e.g., Payorlink, ACVP).

3. Support stakeholder engagement by driving discussions on process flows, risk identification, and data structures.

4. Conduct first-level risk assessments related to data migration and project impacts, especially within the Sales and Billing Modules.

5. Collaborate with Finergy and other data teams to define SQL logic and support data extraction, transformation, and analysis across systems.

6. Identify potential financial implications of data discrepancies within the Sales Module pre- and post-migration.

7. Ensure a shared understanding of end-to-end Sales and Billing process flows among business users and technical teams.

8. Lead or support data cleanup and validation activities, including initial data analysis to

assist business users in identifying inconsistencies.

9. Recommend best practices based on system, user, and process limitations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

3 to 5 years of experience as an SAP SD Consultant or in a similar role.

Proven experience as an SAP SD Consultant, preferably in SAP S/4HANA and SAP C4C environments

Strong understanding of Sales and Billing modules and their integration with financial systems

Hands-on experience with data migration, mapping, and validation

Familiarity with SQL and ability to define queries for multi-table data extraction and transformation

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Prior experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Finance, Data, and IT project teams

Experience working with or alongside legacy system data is a strong advantage

Preferred Qualifications:

Exposure to Oracle To-Be processes and knowledge of hybrid SAP-Oracle ecosystems

Experience in healthcare, insurance, or related industries is a plus
