Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Training


•Design and deliver engaging training materials as part of the project/program implementation (in-person, virtual, and blended formats).


•Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop learning content and materials.


•Utilize learning platforms and tools (e.g., LMS) and track training metrics.

Internal Communications


•Develop and execute communication plans to support HR initiatives, change management, and organizational updates.


•Create compelling content for newsletters, intranet, email campaigns, and presentations.


•Ensure consistent messaging aligned with company values and tone.


•Partner with stakeholders to promote employee engagement and awareness.

Project & Stakeholder Management


•Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support training and communication needs.


•Manage timelines, deliverables, and reporting for key projects.


•Support global and regional initiatives with localized execution.

Qualifications:


•Bachelor's degree in Communications, Human Resources, Education, or related field.


•5+ years of experience in training and communications


•Strong writing, editing, and presentation skills.


•Proficiency in digital tools (e.g., Microsoft 365, LMS platforms, Canva, SharePoint).


•Experience with instructional design and adult learning principles is a plus.
