Description Virtual Staffing Solutions is currently looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for property owners regarding facility management, snow removal and landscaping inquiries. You will play a vital role in ensuring prompt and accurate processing of owners' accounts while providing exceptional service and support. 

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, service requests, and issue resolution in a professional and timely manner
  • Document all customer interactions accurately using internal systems and Microsoft Office tools
  • Manage and track service requests related to facility management, snow removal, and landscaping, ensuring timely execution and follow-up
  • Monitor work orders and service schedules for snow removal and landscaping services, ensuring seasonal readiness and vendor compliance
  • Address urgent snow removal concerns such as blocked driveways, icy walkways, or delayed vendor arrivals, while documenting updates in the system
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and customer satisfaction in every interaction

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
  • At least 6 months of experience in customer service (inbound and outbound) 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Proficiency in computer and Microsoft Office tools 
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers 
  • Preferrably with experience in facility management, snow management, and landscaping campaigns
