Description Virtual Staffing Solutions is seeking Customer Service Representatives who will play a vital role in our operations by serving as the first point of contact for client inquiries. The role involves conducting initial referral screenings, coordinating administrative tasks accurately and efficiently, and ensuring timely follow-through. Successful candidates will deliver high-quality customer service, maintain strict confidentiality, and work independently under general supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Answers and screens incoming calls to identify customer needs and ensure prompt, appropriate service delivery.
- Assesses customer requirements and provides responses aimed at ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Supports staff by performing data entry and conducting preliminary referral screenings, including evaluating referral capacity, verifying insurance, and identifying potential service barriers.
- Handles initial communications with referrers and provides non-acceptance notifications when necessary.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- BPO or healthcare experience is an advantage.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
