Job Description

We are looking for a Business Lounge Attendant with a pleasing personality, exceptional hospitality skills, and a professional appearance to provide an elevated experience for our guests.

This role is ideal for individuals with flight attendant experience or those who aspire to work in a premium service environment. As part of our team, you will create a welcoming and relaxing space for customers, ensuring they receive first-class service from the moment they arrive until they leave.

Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly welcome customers and provide exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Assist customers with seating, refreshments, and lounge amenities.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and comfortable environment.
  • Serve food and beverages courteously, following brand presentation standards.
  • Handle guest inquiries and requests with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Support promotional activities or events held within the lounge.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and report feedback to management.
  • Uphold the brand image through professional grooming, demeanor, and communication.

Qualifications

  • College graduate or at least 2 years of college education (Hospitality, Tourism, or related field preferred).
  • With flight attendant experience or aspiring to become one.
  • Has a pleasing personality, excellent grooming standards, and confident posture.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Warm, engaging, and service-oriented demeanor.
  • Fluent in English and Filipino; knowledge of Korean is a plus.
  • Can work in a fast-paced, premium environment.
  • Experience in hospitality, airline, café, or hotel industry is an advantage.
  • Can work 6 days in a week and available to work during holidays
