Lounge Ambassador

This role is perfect for former flight attendants or individuals who dream of working in a first-class service environment. As part of our team, you'll help create a relaxing and sophisticated space where guests can unwind, enjoy refreshments, and feel truly valued.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth and ensure they feel welcome throughout their stay.
• Assist with seating, refreshments, and lounge amenities.
• Serve food and beverages with grace, maintaining brand presentation standards.
• Keep the lounge neat, organized, and inviting at all times.
• Attend guest inquiries and requests with professionalism and care.
• Support events and promotional activities within the lounge.
• Observe guest satisfaction and relay feedback to management.
• Represent the brand through excellent grooming, posture, and communication.

Job Qualifications

• College graduate or at least 2 years in college (preferably Hospitality, Tourism, or related courses).
• Flight attendant experience or aspiration to work in a premium service environment.
• Pleasing personality with excellent grooming and confident posture.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, approachable, and genuinely service-oriented.
• Fluent in English and Filipino
• Experience in hospitality, airline, café, or hotel industries is an advantage.
• Willing to work 6 days a week and on holidays.
• Full-time position.

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
