JOB TITLE: On-the-Job Trainee (Admin & Recruitment)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The On-the-Job Trainee will provide administrative and recruitment support to the team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The trainee will assist in data management, documentation, reporting, and coordination of recruitment and training activities.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Administrative and Data Management
- Manage team data and administrative tasks in support of daily operations.
- Prepare and maintain production reports, incentive monitoring sheets, training attendance, and performance records.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of reports as required by the team.
Recruitment and Training Coordination
- Track and report recruitment activities, including attendance at Build Your Business programs and related events.
- Send communications (emails, messages, newsletters) to new and incoming agents regarding training schedules and updates.
- Maintain and update training loops or group channels to ensure recruits are properly onboarded.
Documentation and Support
- Sort, organize, and distribute policy booklets, SOAs, receipts, and other documents, notifying concerned agents for pick-up.
- Assist agents and recruits with administrative requirements and other support needs.
OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform assigned duties efficiently and in accordance with company standards and policies.
- Follow all orders and instructions provided by authorized company representatives.
- Maintain confidentiality of all company information and materials.
- Perform any other related administrative or non-administrative tasks assigned from time to time, whether in writing or verbally.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Must have a personal laptop.
- Must be able to report to the office at least three (3) times a week.
- Must complete at least 300 hours of internship.
- Must be an undergraduate student taking up a Business Administration or related degree.
