What is your mission?

We are looking for a Financial Analyst to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning. This role involves preparing financial reports, maintaining accurate budgets in NetSuite, developing financial models, and providing insights to help drive business decisions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, proficiency in financial systems, and the ability to communicate complex data effectively.

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Analyze financial data and trends to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations.
  • Load budgets and forecasts into the ERP system and perform audits for accuracy.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate business scenarios.
  • Track KPIs and variances from budgets and forecasts.
  • Prepare management reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.
  • Conduct profitability analysis on products, services, or departments.
  • Collaborate with business units to provide financial insights for strategic initiatives.
  • Support audits, cost-saving efforts, and process improvements.
  • Handle ad-hoc financial reports as requested.

Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (CPA or CFA certification is a plus).
  • 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, or business analytics
  • Proficient knowledge in NetSuite and financial modeling.
  • Familiarity with accounting principles and cost accounting.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools.
  • Experience with data visualization platforms such as Tableau or Power BI is an advantage.
  • High attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to present complex financial data clearly and concisely.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently under tight deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php100, Php115,000.00 per month
