What is your mission?

We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to partner with executives and business leaders in evaluating performance, driving strategic decisions, and delivering actionable financial insights. You'll lead financial reviews, develop forecasting models, and leverage tools like Oracle Essbase, OBI, and Excel to produce accurate and insightful reports. This is a high-impact role ideal for analytical professionals who thrive in global, fast-paced environments.

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Partner with Executives and Sr. FP&A Manager to evaluate business unit performance (sales, margin, Opex)
  • Lead monthly and quarterly financial review meetings with stakeholders
  • Manage the development of close, planning, forecasting, and reporting models
  • Use ERP, Essbase, OBI, and Excel to produce actionable financial reports
  • Identify and drive process improvements and cost-saving initiatives
  • Build and automate reporting systems for efficiency and accuracy
  • Support ad hoc analysis, special projects, and executive-level reporting
Who are we looking for?
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Financial Analyst or FP&A professional
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data modeling, pivot tables, advanced formulas)
  • Familiarity with EPM systems, Oracle Essbase, and OBI (Oracle BI)
  • Experience with Tableau or other visualization/reporting tools (preferred)
  • Background in data analytics or data science (an advantage)
  • Excellent English communication skills — able to interact with US and European stakeholders
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable handling complex financial data
