Work Schedule: Compressed Work Week (Monday to Friday, Regular Day Shift)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Accounting Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in accounting, with practical experience in Accounts Receivable, Bank Reconciliation, Treasury functions. The Accounting Analyst will be responsible for managing daily financial transactions and provide accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day accounts receivable or accounts payable and treasury activities , ensuring accurate and timely processing transactions
  • Perform general accounting functions, including the preparation of journal entries, bank reconciliations, and financial statements.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities and ensure proper documentation for audits.
  • Process and monitor all financial transactions in accounting software .
  • Prepare reports and assist in the preparation of financial statements as required.
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve any discrepancies and ensure smooth financial operations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable tax regulations.
  • Provide support for any accounting-related tasks and ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • BS Accountancy graduate or related business course.
  • At least 1 year experience in an accounting role, knowledgeable in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Accounting.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Knowledgeable in accounting software
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Willing to work or relocate to Ortigas, Pasig.
  • Must be willing to work on a compressed work week (Monday to Friday) during regular day shifts.
