Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Officer located in Calabarzon, Philippines. The Business Development Officer will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, conducting market research, and creating business strategies. Day-to-day tasks include cold calling, networking, attending meetings, and presenting business proposals to potential clients.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Market Research
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to develop and implement Business Strategies
  • Experience in the healthcare or hospitality industry is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools
