JOB SUMMARY Responsible for identifying opportunities and developing relationships with Institutional Sales Partners. The Sales Coordinator will be focused for the applicable sales presentation, conference, or opportunity for the institutional partners. He is also responsible for the attainment of the Institutional Sales’ sales target across all territories assigned by the Head of Sales. PRINCIPAL DUTIES Identify possible institutional sales partners across all territories, and onboard institutional sales partners based on the given target of institutional sales partners monthly. Create product presentation materials and conduct sales presentations with institutional partners, prospects, and/or clients. Initiate and follow up on potential clients/prospects from institutional partners. Cultivate and maintain the relationship of the company with existing institutional partners by developing and executing proactive, creative, and ongoing contact initiatives. Collaborate with the Marketing Department on product and sales materials to ensure they are current and effective for the current and potential institutional partners. Submit sales reports, monthly sales strategies, calendar of activities, plans and recommendations in coordination with respective Branch Sales Heads, as may be required by the Head of Sales and/or management. Achieve set monthly sales targets. Perform other tasks as may be required by the superior, as needed. JOB SPECIFICATIONS Education: Bachelor's degree in any four-year course Experience: At least two (2) years of working experience in the related field Competencies: Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to work well with a variety of people at all levels of the organizations Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) #J-18808-Ljbffr
