At Pâtisserie Bébé Rouge, we bring a unique fusion of Japanese delicacy and French artistry to our cakes, pastries, and café offerings. To keep our store running smoothly and our guests delighted, we're looking for a Coffee Shop Supervisor who can lead with both skill and heart.

What You'll Do
  • Assist the Manager in training and supervising staff to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Maintain strict standards of food safety, sanitation, and store cleanliness.
  • Oversee daily operations and supervise shifts when the Manager is away.
  • Monitor inventory, order supplies, and ensure shelves and displays are organized and well-stocked.
  • Implement FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expiration, First Out) policies.
  • Handle customer concerns and ensure a positive dining experience.
  • Manage cash handling, petty cash, and payment requests accurately.
  • Coordinate with production for cake and pastry orders.
  • Assist in staff evaluation, scheduling, paperwork, and reports.
  • Set up product displays according to merchandising standards.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by Management.
