  • Track attendance and process payroll-related info
  • Manage inventory records and order supplies when needed
  • Keep receipts, invoices, and petty cash records organized
  • Coordinate with suppliers and service providers
  • Respond to emails, messages, and calls related to admin matters
  • Assist with business permits, compliance, and documentation
  • Prepare simple reports for the owner or manager

Qualifications:

  • At least a high school graduate; college level or degree is a plus
  • Experience in admin or office work (preferably in food or retail)
  • Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and email
  • Strong organization and time-management skills
  • Trustworthy with handling money and confidential info
  • Can work independently with minimal supervision
  • Basic knowledge of POS, payroll, or inventory systems is a plus
