Admin (Coffee shop)

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily and weekly staff schedules
- Track attendance and process payroll-related info
- Manage inventory records and order supplies when needed
- Keep receipts, invoices, and petty cash records organized
- Coordinate with suppliers and service providers
- Respond to emails, messages, and calls related to admin matters
- Assist with business permits, compliance, and documentation
- Prepare simple reports for the owner or manager
Qualifications:
- At least a high school graduate; college level or degree is a plus
- Experience in admin or office work (preferably in food or retail)
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and email
- Strong organization and time-management skills
- Trustworthy with handling money and confidential info
- Can work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic knowledge of POS, payroll, or inventory systems is a plus
