Hi everyone,

We are currently looking for 4 baristas for our new coffee shop located in Ayala Malls Glorietta.

As a Barista, you will be the face of our coffee shop—preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages while creating a friendly and positive customer experience. You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, product quality, and a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities

Beverage Preparation

  • Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages to customer specifications.
  • Operate espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and other coffee equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Ensure consistency in drink quality and presentation.

Customer Service

  • Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service throughout their visit.
  • Take orders accurately and suggest products or upgrades to enhance customer experience.
  • Handle complaints or concerns professionally and promptly.

Cleanliness & Organization

  • Maintain cleanliness of the bar, equipment, and seating areas according to sanitation and health standards.
  • Restock ingredients and supplies regularly.
  • Follow daily cleaning checklists and store opening/closing procedures.

Cash Handling & POS

  • Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system for order taking and processing payments.
  • Ensure correct cash handling and balancing of the register at end-of-shift.

Teamwork & Communication

  • Work cooperatively with team members to ensure smooth store operations.
  • Attend regular team meetings and training sessions.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding inventory, customer feedback, or maintenance issues.
