Sales & Marketing Manager (Veterinary Products)

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Manager to lead the sales and marketing efforts for our veterinary product line. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the animal health industry, proven sales experience, and a passion for developing and executing effective marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Management:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within veterinary clinics, hospitals, and distribution channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including veterinarians, practice managers, and distributors.
  • Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives (if applicable).
  • Track sales performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports to management.
  • Negotiate pricing and contracts with customers.
  • Marketing Management:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote our veterinary products.
  • Create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, website content, social media posts, and email campaigns.
  • Plan and participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Manage marketing budgets and track return on investment (ROI).
  • Collaborate with product development teams to ensure alignment between product offerings and market demands.
  • Other:
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new products, and competitive activities.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing (5 + years), preferably within the animal health industry.
  • Strong understanding of veterinary products and their applications.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
  • Amenable to work in BGC.
  • Will be assigned to Holding Company of Salian Group of Companies

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php80, Php120,000.00 per month
