ShopHygiene PH is the official e-commerce platform of Sanitary Care Products Asia, Inc., offering Filipinos easy access to trusted hygiene brands like Sanicare, Femme, Naturale, Cheers, Tisyu, and SCPA Solutions.

The Sales & Marketing Associate is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies across multiple digital channels, optimizing ad campaigns, and creating engaging content to boost brand presence and sales performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement marketing plans for Shophygiene's website and online marketplace stores.
  • Manage and create content for product listings, advertisements, email campaigns, and social media posts.
  • Plan, monitor, and optimize advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Sponsored Ads on marketplaces.
  • Analyze campaign performance and adjust targeting, bidding, and creatives to improve return on investment.
  • Track and report metrics such as website traffic, conversion rates, CPC, ROAS, and CAC.
  • Create weekly and monthly reports with insights and recommendations for campaign improvements.
  • Generate new leads for both B2B and B2C through various marketing channels.
  • Stay informed on e-commerce trends and digital marketing best practices.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing and advertising.
  • Proven experience in managing online campaigns and creating content.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce operations and digital advertising platforms.
  • Skilled in using social media management tools and marketplace ad tools.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks and ongoing projects.
  • Excellent communication skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and online marketplace campaigns is an advantage.
  • Must be willing to work onsite at Industrial Estate, Bagumbayan, Taguig City from Monday to Saturday, 8AM–5PM.
