Job Responsibilities:

  • Mentor, and energize a high-achieving sales team to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Design and execute comprehensive sales strategies that align seamlessly with the company's overarching business goals.
  • Discover new growth opportunities within existing and emerging markets to expand our reach.
  • Build and nurture lasting relationships with key clients and prospects, ensuring outstanding service and satisfaction.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently.
  • Track and evaluate sales performance metrics to assess team effectiveness and identify areas for development.
  • Leverage sales data and market intelligence to pinpoint improvement opportunities and implement strategic corrective actions.
  • Develop precise sales forecasts and projections based on historical data, market trends, and business insights.
  • Collaborate proactively with marketing, supply chain, QA, and other departments to ensure sales strategies are cohesive and goal-oriented.
  • Prepare and deliver insightful reports on sales activities, performance metrics, and market trends to senior management.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • At least 10 years of sales experience with a strong record of achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Proven leadership and team development skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, capable of establishing trust and rapport.
  • Proficiency in analyzing sales data, interpreting market dynamics, and making strategic, data-driven decisions.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
