The Role:

  • Support the admin managing the pitch and content queue
  • Be responsible for keeping spreadsheets up to date & accurate.
  • Help out with client ad-hoc tasks where necessary
  • Cover for the Executives where necessary
  • Be able to personalize opportunities & help reach the daily quota
  • Be able to identify process issues & concerns 
  • Ensure that objectives for client deliverables are met
  • Liaise with other department key persons for partner & client needs

About You:

  • We're looking for Virtual Assistants that are obsessed with providing the best service to their clients. 
  • As a VA, you will need to have a keen eye for detail & be able to manage multiple projects at the same time. 
  • Having excellent spoken & written English is a must, as well as having a very good understanding of Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel. 
  • You must have a strong & reliable internet connection & pc/laptop. 
  • Having previously worked as a VA, or anything similar, is a definite advantage.
