The General Accounting Manager will oversee general accounting functions, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accuracy in financial reporting. This role will involve managing a team and collaborating with various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting:
    Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Team Management:
    Supervise and mentor the team, promoting professional development and a collaborative work environment.
  • Internal Controls:
    Establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the integrity of financial reporting.
  • Audit Coordination:
    Coordinate with external auditors during financial audits and prepare necessary documentation and schedules.
  • Process Improvement:
    Identify areas for improvement in accounting processes and implement efficient solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Must be a Certified Public Accountant
  • Minimum of 10 years of accounting experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role, preferably in the real estate sector.
  • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple priorities effectively.
