Qualifications:

  • BA/BS in Business with an emphasis in Accounting, CPA preferred but not required
  • Technical Skills and Prior Experience. At least three (3) years prior experience in the financial reporting/general ledger area.
  • Related work experience in Manpower is a plus
  • Knowledgeable in Accounting terms and process
  • Team player; Can work in minimal supervision
  • Keen to details; Trustworthy
  • Must tech savvy. Experience with an accounting system a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • General accounting functions include preparing of journal entries ,maintaining balance sheet schedules and ledgers and accounts inclusive bank reconciliations.
  • Assisting with monthly closings of books and account analyses and supporting the Accounting Manager / Accounting Supervisors in carrying out the responsibilities of the Finance and Accounting Department.
  • Preparing billing and collection
  • Preparing BIR Form 2307‍
  • Maintain Records/Monitor Account Payables‍
