Experienced and innovative FMCG Business Development Assistant to join our team. This role involves driving new product development and managing existing accounts to unlock growth opportunities. A blend of strategic thinking, digital marketing (Content Writing, SEO, Linkden), and design skills is essential, who help grow a business by identifying new opportunities and clients, and increasing sales:

-------Responsibilities

  • Business Development Assistant: Lead the process from idea to launch. Conducted market research to identify trends, collaborated with R&D, Marketing, and Sales, and managed the product lifecycle to meet quality and profitability goals.
  • Account Management: Maintain strong client relationships, understand client needs, and create strategies to enhance satisfaction and expand business opportunities.
  • Digital Marketing: Leverage LinkedIn, boost brand visibility Track metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Content Creator: Content Strategy, Content Production, Editing and Optimization & Publishing and Distribution

Must possess a can-do attitude and be proactive in self-learning.

-------Qualifications

  • Bachelor's in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Experience in new product development and project management.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing (LinkedIn/social media) and Canva design skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Bachelor Degree.
  • Computer Experience.
  • Microsoft (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Email Writing
  • Verbal Communication.
  • Strategic thinking and a results-driven approach.
