Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in inventory management or logistics is a plus.
  • Prior experience in inventory, warehousing, or logistics preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of asset management systems and MS Excel.
  • Good attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently or in a team.
  • Physically fit and able to move between different areas or floors as required.
  • Trustworthy, punctual, and able to maintain confidentiality.

Job Description:

  • Conduct physical counts of company assets (e.g., equipment, furniture, IT devices) across various locations.
  • Verify asset tags, serial numbers, and descriptions against inventory records.
  • Record and update asset information accurately using provided tools or inventory systems.
  • Report discrepancies, damaged, missing, or untagged items to supervisors.
  • Assist in the tagging and labeling of unregistered assets as needed.
  • Coordinate with department representatives to access locations and validate asset status.
  • Ensure proper handling of equipment during counting activities.
  • Support reconciliation efforts between physical counts and asset management systems.
  • Follow company procedures and safety protocols while performing duties.
  • Submit accurate and timely inventory reports to supervisors or asset management teams.
  • Other duties may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.
