Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, train, and monitor a team of Filipino telesales agents
  • Analyze daily/weekly/monthly performance data (registration, deposit rate, conversion, etc.)
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to adjust strategies based on data insights
  • Generate regular reports and give presentations to Chinese-speaking management
  • Optimize call scripts and agent performance based on data
  • Develop incentive programs to boost agent motivation and performance

Qualifications:

  • At least
    3 years of experience
    as a
    Team Lead or Supervisor in a call center environment
  • Strong background in
    data analysis, KPI tracking
    , and reporting
  • Proficiency in
    Excel/Google Sheets
    , knowledge of BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
  • Fluent in English;
    Chinese-speaking ability is a strong advantage
  • Experience working in
    BPO, telesales, or iGaming
    industries preferred
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
