Product, Pricing & Inventory Management

  • Monitor stock levels, sell-through, and replenishment schedules to maintain ideal product assortment per store and channel.
  • Coordinate with Warehouse and Supply Chain teams for stock transfers, pull-outs, and replenishments.
  • Track and validate SRPs (Suggested Retail Prices) across all stores and ensure price tags are accurate and updated.
  • Coordinate price change implementations, markdowns, and promotional pricing with Retail Operations and Marketing.
  • Analyze sales data and product movement to identify pricing or assortment adjustments needed.
  • Recommend actions such as price adjustments, reallocation, or bundle promotions to optimize sales and margins.
  • Conduct physical store visits to perform actual product counting, validate inventory accuracy, and spot-check merchandising execution.

Cross-Department Coordination

  • Collaborate with Retail Operations, Marketing, Warehouse, and Finance for merchandising and pricing alignment.
  • Train team members on product handling, price update procedures, and merchandising standards.
  • Conduct regular performance checks and ensure compliance with store readiness and pricing guidelines.
  • Support new store openings by ensuring accurate product pricing and display setup before launch.
  • Coordinate with suppliers or vendors when necessary for product costs, price adjustments, and merchandising materials.
  • Provide feedback to Management regarding product performance, sales trends, and pricing competitiveness.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on stock status, pricing updates, and sales performance.
  • Analyze data to evaluate pricing effectiveness and inventory health per location.
  • Monitor competitor pricing and recommend appropriate pricing strategies.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in merchandising, inventory, or pricing management in retail or FMCG.
  • Strong analytical, numerical, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and Google Sheets for tracking and analysis.
  • Willing to travel and conduct in-store product counts as part of regular merchandising checks.
