Qualifications

  • Graduate of any four-year college course (Bachelors), preferably Industrial Engineering
  • At least 5 years experience in IT or a related field and 3 years experience as IT Business Analyst handling medium-scale IT projects
  • Successfully and consistently delivered quality business analyst outputs (BRDs, BPAs, FR, etc.) for at least 4 small to medium-scale IT projects (around 3-6 months)
  • Demonstrated proficiency in at least two functional domains (e.g., Finance, HCM, Supply Chain, EAM, Billing, etc.) and engaged diverse stakeholders. Independently applies skills and judgment within guidelines to complete assignments
  • Preferably with Entry-level business analysis certificate, Agile Foundation
  • Willing to go onsite

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php100, Php130,000.00 per month
