DIGITAL MARKETING OFFICER / SUPERVISOR

Position Overview:

BE Residences is looking for a creative, strategic, and experienced Digital Marketing Officer (or Supervisor) to lead and strengthen our digital marketing initiatives. This role will play a key part in building the brand's online presence, enhancing engagement, and driving leads across digital platforms. You'll collaborate with internal teams, agencies, and external partners to craft and execute effective campaigns that align with our overall marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic digital marketing plans to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation across platforms.
  • Lead the planning, scheduling, and monitoring of content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other key channels.
  • Manage paid digital campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) — from briefing and setup to monitoring performance and optimization.
  • Oversee SEO efforts including keyword research, on-page and image optimization, and site structure improvements.
  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and promotional blasts; track open and click-through rates.
  • Work closely with designers and content creators to ensure consistent branding and optimal user experience across web and mobile.
  • Regularly monitor and analyze performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other web analytics platforms.
  • Stay on top of emerging trends and competitor activity in digital marketing and recommend relevant strategies.
  • Coordinate with external media agencies, ad vendors, and influencers when needed to extend campaign reach.
  • Support lead generation and digital nurturing strategies in coordination with the sales team.

Qualifications & Preferred Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or any relevant field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a real estate, property, or agency setting.
  • Strong grasp of SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and email marketing tools.
  • Solid experience in managing B2C campaigns, with a proven track record of achieving digital KPIs.
  • Skilled in digital analytics (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.) and able to draw actionable insights.
  • A strategic thinker with a creative eye and excellent project management skills.
  • Bonus points for experience in graphic design, video editing, or basic HTML/CMS platforms.
  • Collaborative, resourceful, tech-savvy, and proactive in bringing new digital ideas to life.
