Job Overview:
  • Part-time: 4 hours/day to start (grow to more hours/full-time)
  • Remote: Flexible schedule to accommodate clients in different time zones (primarily Australia)
  • Start date: ASAP
  • Starting Salary: Flexible depending on experience and skill level.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert-level support for GoHighLevel, including account setup, workflow configuration, and campaign management
  • Onboard new clients, configure their GHL accounts, and train them on the platform
  • Troubleshoot issues and bugs within the GHL system, and provide timely solutions
  • Proactively monitor client accounts and suggest improvements to their GHL automations
  • Communicate effectively with clients via Discord, email, and video calls
  • Collaborate with the development team to implement custom GHL integrations and features
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest GHL updates and marketing automation best practices
Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in a technical customer support and/or automation specialist role
  • Expert in GoHighLevel, and extensive knowledge of Zapier, and other marketing automation tools
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical clients
  • Understand of integrations with AI tools both voice and text to help in the sales process and speed to lead
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks/clients simultaneously
