Job Highlights

  • Monthly Rate: PHP 55,000-60,000
  • Number of Paid Hours Per Week: 40 hours
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
  • Work Arrangement: Work from home
  • Contract: Independent Contractor
  • Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an "Independent Contractor," the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.

Responsibilities

WordPress Responsibilities:

  • Choose and install a WordPress theme (free or premium)
  • Install a child theme (if customizing the theme code)
  • Set brand colors, fonts, and logo
  • Customize the header, footer, and menu structure
  • Adjust site layout (boxed, full-width, grid, etc.)
  • Configure general settings (site title, tagline, timezone, permalink structure)
  • Install essential plugins (SEO, forms, page builders, security, backups, analytics)
  • Disable unnecessary default plugins or themes
  • Create main site pages (Home, About, Services/Products, Blog, Contact, FAQ/Testimonials/Gallery)
  • Add content (text, images, videos)
  • Optimize for mobile responsiveness
  • Create and assign menus for navigation
  • Add internal links between pages
  • Test across devices (desktop, mobile, tablet)
  • Set favicon and social sharing image
  • Connect domain to hosting (if not already)
  • Remove placeholder/demo content
  • Set site to "public"

Go High Level (GHL) Responsibilities:

  • Build and optimize websites, landing pages, and funnels in Go High Level
  • Create and manage automated workflows for lead nurturing, follow-ups, and CRM updates
  • Set up and customize sales pipelines for efficient lead tracking and conversions
  • Integrate third-party tools via Zapier, webhooks, and GHL's API
  • Develop and optimize email & SMS marketing campaigns to boost engagement
  • Troubleshoot automation, CRM, and integration issues
  • Stay updated on new GHL features and best practices
  • Assist with social media as a side task

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in building websites, especially in the Home Services industry (Contractors, Renovation, Builders, etc.)
  • Proven experience using Go High Level for websites, funnels, and automations
  • Strong understanding of CRM management, sales pipelines, and lead tracking
  • Experience with workflow automation, including email, SMS, and trigger-based sequences
  • Knowledge of third-party integrations (Zapier, webhooks, APIs, Stripe, Google & Facebook Ads)
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with or willingness to learn ChatGPT and other AI tools
  • Adaptability to learn and work with new software and CRM systems
