Role Summary

Own our CRM (currently GoHighLevel) setup end‑to‑end: clean data, smart segmentation, automated nurture, referral workflows, and weekly reporting. You'll turn our network into a predictable pipeline by coordinating touchpoints (email/SMS/DM), light outreach, and scheduling intro calls.

What You'll Do

  • GHL Build & Ops

  • Set up/maintain pipelines, tags, segments, email/SMS workflows, calendars, forms, funnels, and automations.

  • Create/refine nurture sequences (welcome, re‑engagement, event follow‑ups, referral asks).
  • Ensure deliverability & compliance (opt‑in, suppression, unsubscribe, domain warming).

  • Network Activation & Referrals

  • Map our network, prioritize tiers, and run quarterly cadences with value-first touchpoints.

  • Launch & manage a referral program (tracking, rewards, attribution).
  • Light outreach support: send personalized check‑ins, book intros, confirm meetings.

  • Content & Coordination

  • Prep simple emails/SMS (you can draft from prompts); basic Canva edits/templates a plus.

  • Coordinate podcast-style outreach (guest invites, scheduling, reminders, thank‑yous).

  • Reporting & QA

  • Weekly dashboards: pipeline, booked calls, reactivations, response rates, list growth.

  • Data hygiene: dedupe, enrich, bounce/invalid management, domain & inbox health.
  • Create/update SOPs for repeatable processes.
Requirements
  • 2–4+ years in lifecycle/CRM/marketing automation (agency or B2B/B2C).
  • Hands-on GoHighLevel experience preferred; HubSpot/ActiveCampaign/Klaviyo acceptable if willing to switch fast.
  • Strong English (writing + client-friendly tone) and Google Sheets proficiency.
  • Comfortable with Zapier/Make, Calendars, Gmail, LinkedIn basics; Canva a plus.
  • Organized, proactive, detail‑obsessed. Can work with 3–4 hours overlap with U.S. ET.
