  1. Oversees the acquisition of land and permissions for a project, which includes managing the ROW team, conducting surveys, collecting documents, facilitating negotiations, and tracking progress

  2. Key responsibilities involve community relations, ensuring compliance with policies, managing budgets, and liaising with government agencies

  3. Supervise and guide the ROW team in day-to-day tasks related to right-of-way acquisition.

4.Oversee parcellary surveys, document collection, and research to ensure proper land documentation and track the acquisition progress.

  1. Expedite negotiations and sales of affected lots, facilitating the settlement of land and improvement damages, and initiating expropriation cases when necessary.

  2. Conduct community relations work, hold general assemblies and dialogues, and act as a liaison between the project, government agencies, and stakeholders.

  3. Ensure all ROW activities conform to corporate policies, standards, and relevant regulations, and prepare reports on activities and progress.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php80,000.00 per month
