is looking for a
Liaison Officer / Company Driver
who will manage both administrative liaison tasks and driving responsibilities. If you're detail-oriented, reliable, and can balance office coordination with safe and efficient transport, this role is for you.

The Role at a Glance

Schedule:
Monday–Friday, Day Shift (7 AM–4 PM)

Work Setup:
Onsite in Cebu City

Reports to:
Finance Director

Salary:
Up to PHP 22,500

Job Responsibilities

Liaison Duties

  • Process permits, licenses, registrations, and other documents with government agencies (e.g., BIR, SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, LGUs).
  • Handle banking transactions, document delivery, and procurement tasks as required.
  • Maintain accurate records of all processed documents and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Provide regular updates to management on the status of applications and renewals.

Driving Duties

  • Safely transport employees, clients, and documents/materials as assigned.
  • Ensure proper maintenance, cleanliness, and upkeep of company vehicle.
  • Monitor vehicle insurance, registration, and preventive maintenance schedules.
  • Strictly comply with traffic laws, company driving policies, and safety regulations.

What We're Looking For

Qualifications:

  • High school graduate or equivalent (Vocational/College level a plus).
  • Valid Professional Driver's License with clean driving record.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a company driver; experience in liaison work preferred.
  • Knowledge of Metro Cebu routes and nearby provinces.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and confidentiality.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
