GoTeam is seeking a Contract Manager
based in Cebu City. This role will involve managing contracts with clients and service providers, including drafting, reviewing, and ensuring compliance. The setup is hybrid (first 3 months onsite, then hybrid) with a competitive salary of up to ₱80,000, plus industry-leading benefits.

Job Responsibilities

Contract Management

  • Draft, review, and revise various types of contracts ensuring adherence to GoTeam's standards.
  • Ensure Master Service Agreements (MSAs) are in place and monitor for renewals every 12 months.
  • Implement contract management processes aligned with company policies and assess contracts for potentially detrimental provisions.

Documentation Maintenance

  • Manage official contract communications, update records, and respond to client inquiries regarding MSAs.
  • Ensure proper documentation of Statements of Work (SOWs).

Client Liaison

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between GoTeam and clients to facilitate the contract review and approval process.
  • Advise internal teams on contract terms and conduct meetings with clients to discuss contract matters.
  • Collaborate with executives to resolve contract-related issues.

Notices and Policies

  • Draft and review various notices, including Notices to Employees (NTEs) and Notices of Deficiency (NODs).
  • Create and update policies and guidelines related to contracts

What We're Looking For

Non-Negotiables:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in contract management or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of legal terminology and contract principles.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency In:

  • Contract generation and compliance review.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Problem-solving and time management skills.
