Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and organized Operations and Administrative Coordinator to support our daily business functions. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth administrative processes, efficient logistics, and effective inter-departmental cooperation.
Key Responsibilities
Issue sales invoices and manage delivery dispatch/receiving slips.
Coordinate and manage delivery drivers and schedules.
Conduct follow-ups on outstanding accounts receivable.
Facilitate efficient communication and cooperation with branch offices.
Assist with general accounting tasks, particularly related to delivery disbursements.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Female only and Under 25 years old
Proven experience in an administrative, operations support, or accounting support role.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
Good in English and Tagalog are required.
Minimum wage will be paid during the trainee and probationary periods.
