
Operations Assistant/Specialist

Responsibilities
- Serve as a point of escalation for operational tasks delegated by the Director of Clinical Services, Clinical Compliance Manager, and other relevant staff
- Coordinate and complete clinic and company operational task lists end-to-end, with guidance from the Director of Clinical Services or their delegate
- Provide administrative support across MMHG systems (e.g., recruitment, rostering, HR, billing, electronic medical records, quality and risk systems)
- Enter staff rosters accurately and on time, as directed
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to support clinic and company operations
- Maintain and coordinate SharePoint sites for both company-wide and individual clinics
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in operations or administrative support
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint)
- Various business systems (HR, billing, rostering, and quality management systems)
- Background in healthcare or clinical operations
- Familiarity with Australian healthcare compliance standards
- Experience in administrative coordination or support roles
- Experience liaising with multiple departments and stakeholders
