About the role MBDiwa Construction and Supply is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our operations scattered within the country. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of our construction projects, managing our supply chain, and driving continuous improvement across our operations. What you'll be doing Develop and implement operational strategies to support the company's business objectives. Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of all construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Manage the procurement and logistics of materials, equipment, and resources to optimise supply chain efficiency. Monitor and analyse operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Lead and motivate a team of site managers, supervisors, and other operational personnel. Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations. Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and sales, to support the overall success of the business. What we're looking for Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar operations management role within the construction industry. Proven track record of successfully delivering complex construction projects. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically. Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Proficient in the use of construction management software and data analysis tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
