Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Care Associate based in Makati, with the flexibility to work remotely on certain occasions. The Customer Care Associate will handle customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure exceptional service at all times. The role includes maintaining customer satisfaction through timely communication, analyzing customer needs, and helping to improve customer service processes.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Customer Support
- Proficient in Communication, with excellent written and verbal abilities
- Possesses strong Analytical Skills for efficient problem-solving and resolutions
- Attention to detail and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Previous experience in customer service or support roles is an advantage
- Proficiency in relevant technologies and tools is a plus
