Job DescriptionThis position involves providing administrative support to Talent Acquisition activities, including conducting background checks, scheduling interviews, coordinating exams and orientation, and assisting with job fairs and database management.Minimum Qualifications:Graduate of BS or BA Psychology or BSBA major in Human ResourcesProficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPointResponsibilities:Support Talent Acquisition activities administratively

Conduct background checks on new hires

Call successful applicants and schedule their requirements submission

Receive and verify submitted applicant documents

Assist in preparing examination materials

Coordinate schedules with applicants for examinations, sectional interviews, and new hire orientation via texting and calling

Assist in exam checking and job fairs

Verify applicants in the database before inviting for exams

Encode data into the recruitment database
