About the Role:

About the Role:We are seeking a Senior UI/UX Web Designer with 5+ years of professional experience and a strong Figma background. This position is focused purely on design, including full brand identity development and digital asset creation for the web, e-commerce, social media, and marketing projects. No coding or development experience is required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and prototype websites, landing pages, and user flows in Figma, ensuring seamless, user-friendly, and responsive experiences
  • Lead full brand identity development: logo design, color palette selection, typography, style guides, and comprehensive brand systems
  • Create wireframes, user journeys, sitemaps, interactive prototypes, and final mockups
  • Collaborate with strategists, developers, and marketers to deliver coherent visual solutions and maintain brand consistency
  • Produce digital assets for campaigns and social media (ads, banners, presentations, etc.)
  • Conduct UX audits, A/B tests, and usability research, translating findings into actionable design improvements
  • Stay up to date with digital design, UI, and UX trends, contributing innovative design ideas
Requirements
  • 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX and web design, with a strong portfolio
  • Expert-level proficiency with Figma for design systems, prototyping, and digital asset creation
  • Deep experience developing full brand identities and digital collateral from concept to completion
  • Skills in responsive and mobile-first design, as well as accessibility best practices
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Strong project management and multitasking abilities
Bonus Skills:
  • Animation and motion design
  • Experience with accessibility/wcag standards
  • Understanding of UX/CRO, basic SEO, or analytics
  • Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop
