UI/UX DESIGNER

We're looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to join our growing team

Preferred: PH based applicants | WFH

As our
UI/UX Designer,
you will play a key role in creating user-centered digital products that are both functional and visually engaging. You'll gather user requirements, conduct research, and transform ideas into intuitive user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless, user-friendly experiences from concept to launch.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Gather and analyze user requirements, business objectives, and user feedback to understand user needs.
  • Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity, interactive prototypes to visualize design concepts.
  • Conduct usability tests to ensure the product is easy to use, functional, and intuitive before and after launch.
  • Work closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to create a cohesive and effective product.
  • Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all digital platforms.
  • Testing UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team, and internal and external designers to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user.
  • Providing advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities to analyze and predict user behavior.
  • Adhering to style standards on typography and graphic design.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field is often preferred but not always required.
  • Experience with design software and a portfolio demonstrating a strong understanding of UI/UX principles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms.
  • Working knowledge of the following technologies and software: Sketch, InVision, Visio, HTML, CSS (SCSS), iOS, Android, Design Systems, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • A team player but can work independently too.
  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • UX Skills: User research, usability testing, user journey mapping, wireframing, and prototyping.
  • UI skills: Visual design, layout, typography, and an understanding of how to create an aesthetically pleasing and accessible interface.
  • Proficiency with design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, Sketch, and potentially basic coding or an understanding of how web/mobile applications work.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to present design rationale and ideas to stakeholders.

  • Office Location: Panabo City, Davao Del Norte
  • Preferred Applicants: Residents of Panabo City, Davao City, or within the Davao Region.
  • Position: Full-time
  • Work Schedule: 3 PM – 12 MN
  • Weekends Off: Fixed
