Accessibility & UX Quality (WCAG + usability) ● Working knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA guidelines: semantic structure, color contrast, keyboard navigation, focus states, reduced motion, and accessible patterns. ● Ability to create clear error states, loading states, empty states, and user-friendly microcopy that enhance the experience. Front-End Familiarity (bonus, not required) ● Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for communicating component behavior and prototyping. ● Awareness of responsive layout behavior, breakpoints, and component constraints in real-world development environments. Time-Zone & Schedule Expectations ● On-site only in Iloilo City, Philippines (no remote work). ● Shift-based schedule across 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift. ● Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams across US time zones within the assigned shift. ● Reliable participation in async workflows and documentation-driven communication.
