We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented UI/UX Designer who can transform ideas into visually appealing and user-friendly digital experiences. The ideal candidate has solid hands-on experience in both UI and UX design, understands design systems, and can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
  • Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and mockups.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather insights to refine designs.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to implement design solutions.
  • Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components.
  • Ensure all designs are consistent, responsive, and aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Identify UX problems and propose meaningful improvements.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of proven experience in UI/UX design (portfolio required).
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of human-centered design principles.
  • Experience in prototyping, user research, and usability testing.
  • Ability to translate complex ideas into user-friendly designs.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in an onsite environment in Megaworld, Iloilo City.
  • Can start immediately or as soon as possible.

Nice to Have

  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or front-end development.
  • Experience with motion/interaction design.
  • Familiarity with Agile workflow.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php60, Php70,000.00 per month
