Recruitment Specialist

Makati City, National Capital Region, Philippines Private Advertiser Full time $4,000 - $6,000 per year

We're looking for a Recruiter to join our team on a 3-month contract (with the possibility of extending to 6 months) to support a busy period of manpower hiring. This is a temporary but crucial role where you'll take the lead in end-to-end recruitment and smooth onboarding of new employees.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for assigned roles — from sourcing and screening to job offer and onboarding.
  • Coordinate interviews, track selections, and ensure timely endorsement of qualified candidates.
  • Prepare contracts and onboarding documents for successful hires.
  • Oversee completion of pre-employment requirements (medical, background check, clearances).
  • Coordinate activation of accounts and system access for new hires.
  • Keep candidate pipelines, hiring trackers, and documentation accurate and up-to-date.
  • Support 201 file compliance and HR documentation processes.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR, Business, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of recruitment experience (sales or high-volume hiring for a financial institution is a plus).
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple roles at once.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with HR systems or recruitment tools is an advantage.
