We are seeking a friendly and highly organized Admin Assistant to support our Medical Director in a busy hospital and healthcare environment. This position requires a proactive individual who can anticipate the needs of our Medical Director and the team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately. Responsibilities
- Manage the Medical Director's calendar, including scheduling and coordinating meetings.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for meetings and conferences.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
- Assist with the preparation of budgets, proposals, and project plans as needed.
- Maintain an organized filing system for important documents and records.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for the Medical Director as required.
- Act as a liaison between the Medical Director, staff, and other departments to ensure smooth communication.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in office administration or related courses; additional qualification as an Administrative Assistant or relevant training is a plus.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with healthcare software.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently.
