Overview

The CFO leads all financial activities of the company, including cash flow management, financial planning, risk analysis, and strategic decision-making to ensure the company's financial health and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the finance/accounting team with strategic oversight.
  • Provide financial recommendations to the CEO, COO, and executive team.
  • Oversee financial forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
  • Analyze company performance, identify cost-saving opportunities, and propose corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain financial systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Monitor KPIs, prepare detailed financial reports, and support business planning.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and reporting requirements.
  • Support investment management, tax planning, and audit processes.

Requirements & Skills

  • 5–10+ years in senior financial leadership roles; CPA preferred.
  • Master's in Accounting, Finance, or Business required.
  • Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and analysis.
  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
  • Knowledge of accounting systems, compliance regulations, and tax planning.
  • Proven success in managing financial operations, payroll, and auditing.
