We are looking for a candidate who can fully commit with us. This role requires hands-on involvement in finance and accounting tasks and close coordination with internal departments and external stakeholders. Assist the Finance Manager and supervise other finance staff members.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage invoicing, payments, and journal entries.

- Handle payroll processing and generate monthly payslips.

- Monitor and manage Accounts Payable.

- Reconcile monthly financials and verify payment records.

- Reconcile e-commerce income and order reports (Shopee, Lazada etc.).

- Support stock counts, shipping documentation and update product margin reports using Bigseller.

- Prepare and Monitor tax filings (GST, corporate tax, income tax, etc.) and contributions (CPF, EPF, etc.)

- Conduct sales and profit analysis reports (by brand/SKU), FOC calculation, and discount calculation by reviewing sales performance, cost structures, and operational expenses to support strategic decision-making.

- Collaborate with other departments and other adhoc tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3-6 years experience in a finance or accounting role (preferably in e-commerce, retail, or logistics).
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and accounting software (e.g.,QuickBooks).
  • Familiar with tax regulations (e.g., GST, CPF, Corporate Tax – Singapore).
  • Experience in e-commerce financial reporting (Shopee, Bigseller, etc.).
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Must be able to work independently and handle multiple deadlines.
