What you'll be doing

  1. Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities by researching and prospecting potential clients
  2. Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to acquire new customers
  3. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  4. Negotiating and closing sales contracts while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  5. Collaborating with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and lead generation activities
  6. Tracking and reporting on sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
  7. Contributing to the development of the company's sales processes and best practices

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a new business development or sales role, preferably within the sales industry
  2. Proven track record of successfully identifying, pursuing and closing new business opportunities
  3. Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
  4. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  5. Proficient in using sales enablement tools and technologies
  6. Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
